Restaurant owners and staff. When you register or use the dashboard, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, password (stored in hashed form), profile photo, restaurant name, address, subdomain, logo, preferred currency, and role (e.g. owner, waiter, chef).
Guests and diners. When customers order from a restaurant menu (including via table QR codes), we may collect table selection, cart items, order details, optional customer name and phone number, coupon usage, and payment-related references processed through our payment partners.

Uploaded content. Menu images, category images, logos, and profile photos may be stored through our cloud media provider (e.g. Cloudinary) to display them in your restaurant menu and dashboard.

We do not sell your personal information. Restaurant owners are responsible for how guest order data is handled within their own operations. Guest information submitted during checkout may be visible to the restaurant that receives the order.
