Welcome to Dine Circuit. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our restaurant management platform, including registration, dashboard tools, guest menu ordering, table management, staff features, coupons, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, checking the agreement box at signup, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent a restaurant or business when registering as an owner.
- You agree to provide accurate registration information, including restaurant name, address, phone number, and currency preference.
- New restaurant accounts may be subject to admin review and approval before full access is granted.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including actions by staff you invite.
2. The Service
Dine Circuit provides tools for digital menu management, table and QR-based ordering, order tracking, staff management, coupons and offers, sales dashboards, and optional online payment processing. Features may vary by plan, region, or restaurant configuration.
We may update, add, or remove features at any time. We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Restaurant owner responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, taxes, allergens, availability, and fulfillment of orders placed through your menu.
- You must comply with local food safety, licensing, and consumer protection laws applicable to your business.
- Content you upload (menus, images, descriptions) must not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material.
- You are responsible for how your staff uses the platform and for guest data handled in your restaurant operations.
4. Guest ordering and payments
Guests who order via your public menu or table QR code enter into a transaction with your restaurant, not with Dine Circuit as the food provider. We facilitate the technology only.
Where online payments are enabled, transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers (such as Razorpay). You agree to their terms and fees where applicable. Dine Circuit is not responsible for payment disputes between you and your customers, though we may assist with technical support where possible.
5. Subscriptions and fees
Some features may require a paid subscription as described on our pricing page. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be presented before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refund policies, if any, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to access another tenant's data or bypass security controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform without permission
- Upload malware, spam, or misleading menu or promotional content
- Misuse coupons or manipulate orders to defraud restaurants or guests
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose a risk to the platform or other users.
7. Intellectual property
Dine Circuit owns the platform, branding, software, and documentation. You retain ownership of your restaurant content (menus, logos, images) and grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that orders, payments, or analytics will always be accurate or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dine Circuit and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD $100) if no fees were paid.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, inactivity, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to access the dashboard ends; certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws where Dine Circuit operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be raised with our support team in good faith before pursuing formal remedies.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
